| Automatic Preprocessing for NASA's Cart3D |
CADNexus CAE Gateway provides a robust and automated path to obtain CART3D-ready surface triangulations directly from
CAD solid models. The direct triangulation on CAD solids eliminates inaccuracies, bottlenecks, and additional non-value added healing and cleanup steps typically required for preparation of CAD
data for meshing.
The CAPRI2Cart3D application can be used on a command line in batch mode or
from a GUI environment depending on the user's process needs. Batch mode is suited for
advanced users who wish to embed the preprocessing capability into their analysis and design process taking advantage
of the automated mesh generation of Cart3D.
